MOLO-1200 is a 3D patternless lens edger designed for accurate sizing, fast grinding, and compatibility with various lens materials, frame types, and edge ratios. Compared to a 2D patternless lens edger, a 3D patternless lens edger doubles the power to 1500W, but the noise level remains the same.
Its integrated scanning system combines liner scanning and center positioning to quickly capture frame contours and generate zero-axis graphics. The 8-inch HD touch screen provides simple, intuitive operation for efficient workflow.
Supports multiple lens materials and frame types: resin, PC, glass (glass grinding wheel needs to be customized) and so on.
The uniform and clearly defined lens shapes on the display reflect the unit’s stable axis calibration and precise shape reproduction, reducing rework and minimizing lens waste.
